Registration for the 2024 AHTA Conference is now open.

All participants are required to officially register to attend the 2024 AHTA Conference.

Please read the following information and the Terms & Conditions carefully before registering.

Fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

In person full registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Friday and Saturday, morning tea and lunch on Sunday, a ticket to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner, delegate materials and virtual session recordings post-conference via the virtual platform.

Virtual registration includes access to the conference plenary sessions, one concurrent session, poster presentations, the sponsors and exhibitors, and virtual session recordings post-conference via the virtual platform.

Find below the terms and conditions for the Australian Hand Therapy Association Ltd. National Conference – Participants

Event Overview:
The AHTA National Conference is organised by the Australian Hand Therapy Association Ltd. ("the Organiser"). It is open to hand therapy practitioners (“Participants”), healthcare professionals (“Participants”), and sponsors and exhibitors (“Exhibitors”).

Agreement Overview:
By registering to attend the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA) National Conference, Participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms and conditions are binding and govern the relationship between the AHTA and the Participant.

The Organiser reserves the right to update these terms as needed.

By participating in the AHTA Annual National Conference, Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancelling your registration without a refund.

Registration:
Participants must register online through the official conference website. Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Registration fees cover access to conference sessions, materials, and specified meals, as outlined in the conference program.

Payment:
All registration fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is accepted via credit card or electronic funds transfer. Details for payment will be provided upon registration.

Registrations are non-transferable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organiser.

Cancellations received up to 90 days before the conference will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.

Cancellations received between 90 and 30 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations received less than 30 days before the conference will be issued.

Substitutions are permitted with written notification to the Organiser.

Program Changes:
The Organiser reserves the right to change the conference program, including speakers, topics, and schedule, without prior notice.

The Organiser is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.

Photography and Recording: 
Participants may not record or photograph conference sessions without prior written consent from the Organiser.

The Organiser may capture photos and videos during the conference for promotional and archival purposes.

Code of Conduct:
All Participants must adhere to the conference's code of conduct, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.

The Organiser reserves the right to revoke any Participant's registration violating the code of conduct without refund.

Liability:
The Organiser is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during the conference.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being.

Intellectual Property:
All conference materials and presentations are the intellectual property of the Organiser or the respective presenters.

Unauthorised recording, reproduction, or distribution of conference content is prohibited.

Force Majeure:
The Organiser is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the conference occurs.
